1. About Zodray Founder Ads Dashboard

The Dashboard is a proprietary internal tool designed for Zodray management and authorized personnel. It aggregates advertising performance metrics from various platforms, including Google Ads, to provide integrated reporting, business intelligence, and operational insights.

2. Authorized Use Only

Access to the Dashboard is restricted to employees, contractors, and verified partners of Zodray who have been granted explicit login credentials. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify our IT security team immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Dashboard.
• Use the Dashboard for any purpose other than authorized internal business reporting.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security features or access controls.
• Share login credentials with any third party or unauthorized personnel.

5. Data Confidentiality

All data presented in the Dashboard, including financial metrics, advertising spend, and performance KPIs, is considered highly confidential and proprietary business information of Zodray Technologies. Distribution of this data outside of authorized channels is a violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Dashboard, including its design, interface, software, and underlying logic, is the exclusive intellectual property of Zodray Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Your access does not grant you any ownership or license rights other than the limited right to use the tool as intended for your professional duties.

7. Third-Party Platform Terms

The Dashboard integrates with third-party APIs, including Google Ads API. Your use of data derived from these platforms must also comply with their respective terms of service and policies.

8. Google Ads API Compliance

We use Google Ads API data strictly for internal reporting. We comply with all Google API Services User Data Policies. Users are prohibited from using Google Ads data extracted from this dashboard for any purpose prohibited by Google.

9. Service Availability

While we aim for consistent availability, the Dashboard may be subject to downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Zodray does not guarantee 100% uptime and is not liable for any impact resulting from service interruptions.

10. Right to Modify

Zodray reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or part of the Dashboard at any time without prior notice.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Dashboard immediately if we suspect any breach of these Terms, upon termination of your relationship with Zodray, or at our sole discretion.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Dashboard is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy or completeness of the data displayed.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zodray Technologies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Dashboard.

14. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of the Dashboard is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and process user information for dashboard operations.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zodray Technologies harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or unauthorized use of the Dashboard.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

19. Severability
